MV3950 Front-End Beamformer
The Movandi MV3950 is an industry-leading fully integrated transmit/receive beamformer IC (BFIC) that supports four dual-polarization antenna channels (or eight single-polarization antenna channels) for 39 GHz phased array applications. This highly efficient integrated circuit (IC) supports two simultaneous, independent beams in the 3GPP n260 band (37-40 GHz) for 5G cellular systems.
The Movandi MV3950 is best utilized for 5G millimeter wave communication systems and together with the MV3953 (39 GHz wideband IF up/down converter IC) and MV3554 (5G synthesizer IC) or the MV3504 (5G synthesizer IC) a complete mm-Wave phased-array RF front-end chipset can efficiently support a broad set of 5G applications.
