MV6055 Beamformer IC
The Movandi MV6055 is its newest transmit/receive beamformer IC with integrated up/down-converters that supports eight dual-polarization antenna channels for 60 GHz phased array applications. This highly efficient integrated circuit (IC) supports two simultaneous independent beams in the 57.24-70.20 GHz band for unlicensed 5G systems.
Together with the MV3554 (synthesizer IC), a complete mm-wave phased-array RF front-end chipset is targeted for various applications.
